Rob Simmons is the CEO of Scutwork Israel. He is an experienced negotiator, coach, adviser and presenter. Through Scotwork, Rob has transformed from adviser to coach, bringing vast experience in the business world to Scotwork clients in Israel. Rob spent almost 20 working in the City of London, ultimately promoted to equity partner (co-owner) of a Top 100 London law firm. His career has enabled him to advise corporates and institutions across the financial spectrum, from high-profile, multi-billion dollar transactions, to clients in the charitable, governmental and public sectors. He has advised clients across a range of industries including oil & gas, retail, utilities, pharmaceutical, financial services as a national postal operator. Rob is also an accomplished presenter, having spent many years speaking at conferences, running workshops for clients and was invited to speak on BBC radio. He was attracted to Scotwork, having previously created and delivered a negotiation skills training program for clients, recognizing that even the most seasoned negotiators can still “upskill” when facing sophisticated negotiations.
