In 2006 Mark founded All Fuels and Energy Company, an Iowa based Delaware corporation. The company became publicly traded in April 2007 under the symbol AFSE. ALL Fuels is a renewable energy production company focusing on acquisition of existing energy companies and construction of ethanol plants.AgCom Financial Services provides underwriting, analysis and loan servicing programs for financial institutions in Iowa and South Dakota. AgCom was formed in 2004 by Mark Leonard as a way to provide services to financial institutions and Agriculture and Commercial loan customers. During fifteen years of working for banks in Western Iowa as Vice President, Senior Ag Loan Officer, Sr. Management Committee, and Branch manager, no loans recommended or serviced by Mark ever resulted in a loss to the institution. AgCom Financial Services is presently originating and servicing loans in Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota and is approved to service FSA guarantee loans in Iowa and South Dakota.Mark has been an instructor at the Iowa Bankers Assoc. Ag Credit School teaching a unit on banking philosophy, customer service, loan servicing and perfecting lien position in livestock and crop financing when multiple lenders are involved. He has extensive experience collecting difficult or troubled loans and dealing with difficult borrowers while mitigating risk to the credit provider.Actively involved in St. Paul?s Lutheran Church serving as Elder and Trustee, Mark also devotes time to Republican Party causes. He serves as the Ida County GOP chairman and was on President George H.W. Bush?s National Advisory Council. As a young man, he was named as the youngest Eagle Scout in Iowa and eventually earned the Bronze, Silver and Gold Eagle Palms. He was a highly ranked and noted wrestler in high school with a promising college wrestling career cut short by injuries.Mark and his wife Sheryl live on a farm near Holstein, Iowa and are parents of five grown children and grandparents of four. Mark grew up in the cattle business and has continued being deeply involved raising registered Limousin cattle, selling breeding stock from coast to coast and to buyers on five continents. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in Animal Science and from the Mason City College of Auctioneering. Sheryl obtained her BA from Iowa State University and Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Morningside College. She holds a second Masters Degree in K-12 Administration. She is a Reading Recovery teacher and is a National Board Certified Teacher.
