Trent Dennington is a fellow in the CEO Leadership Program at the Vincera Core Physicians Institute. He began interning there in January 2016 and became officially employed in June 2016. He has a wide array of responsibilities, which include billing, overseeing operations in the surgery center, and assisting surgeons with medical supplies. He is on the fast track to becoming the chief executive officer of a healthcare facility. Trent earned a bachelor’s in health care markets and finance from the Ivy League institution University of Pennsylvania in 2015. He has been honing his CEO skills since 2012, beginning as a logistics manager at Strac Transit, then marketing advisor at ServiceMaster Clean, founder and operator of Entrepreneurial Lacrosse Business, and investment analyst at TM Services LLC. Trent says graduating with a bachelor’s degree one semester early while playing varsity football all four years is his biggest accomplishment thus far. He wants to progress upward at the Vincera Institute. He believes that his work ethic and ability to build strong relationships have been the keys to his success. He was given his first public speaking opportunity in June 2016 and hopes to continue with that aspect of his career, as well. Trent is hoping to expand his network with like-minded professionals.
