Tim Floyd is the vice president of sales at Geolean USA. He has held this position since May 2016. He is responsible for managing a national sales team, developing additional territories in North America, and developing value added products, services, and networks related to lean manufacturing. He has spent more than 20 years in the manufacturing, packaging, engineering, material flow, and ergonomics industries, which has equipped him to support all aspects of material handling through the manufacturing process. Tim studied business administration and marketing from Cedarville University in 1991, a certificate in advanced sales training, selling skills, and sales operations from Dale Carnegie in 2006, and has completed coursework in advanced blueprint, GD&T and gage building. He has held several high-level managerial positions, including sales and managing partner at Emory's Furniture Company, vice president of sales at Aristo-Cote Inc., business development manager at Packaging Concepts & Design, senior sales manager at PackIQ, and national sales director at Trilogiq USA. TimÂ’s goal is to exceed his customersÂ’ expectations through service and be known as a solution provider. His long-term relationships are far more valuable than just another order. His specialties include flexible manufacturing systems, which consist of material flow racks, workstations, cart and automated transfer systems, inventory control, wood crates, and returnable packaging applications. Tim has been fortunate to build an extensive support network throughout the United States and Canada and is looking to further build on this professional network though Geolean USA.
