Theodore "Teddy" Harrell, Jr. was born in Miami, Florida on December 9th, 1963 to Theodore and Leotha Harrell. Theodore attended Holy Redeemer Catholic School, Archbishop Curley High School, North Miami Senior High, Miami Dade College, University of Miami and currently St. Thomas University where he will receive a bachelors in the Organizational Leadership program in May 2008. He helped to form the theatrical organization, AAPACT in 1996. Through his direction the organization has produced seven productions-six staged plays, The Island, Riff Raff, the musical Once on this Island, Having Our Say-The First 100 Years Delany Sister, Sizwe Bansi is Dead, King Hedley II and The Taking of Miss Janie. A strong vocalist, he has toured with the renowned singing group The Drifters in Europe. Theodore currently works for the Belafonte TACOLCY Agency as a Community Coordinator for its? Neighborhood Partnership Program. He the proud father of Olivia Victoria and Trey Christian.
