Susan Schwartz has over 20 years experience in general and corporate counsel. She naturally progressed from a position in Human Resources, to going to night school while working full-time and earning her JD from Loyola Law School. Upon graduation, she took a position with Paul Hastings in Los Angeles specializing in employment defense. After years of law, she finally became an employee of Cadence Design Systems in 2004 and has continued to exceed client expectations. She dedicates her success to her problem-solving abilities, and understanding risk management in terms of human relations.
