Mr. Stuart Stanley has been the Director of Video Production & Digital Media for New Caney ISD for the past year and has spent 4 year before at Carthage ISD in the same capacity. At the school, Stuart works with 4 teachers to show students how to shoot and create videos, advertisements, PSA's for local cable channels and school websites. Stuart is also responsible for selecting 9 students to shoot and operate the largest video scoreboard in Texas high school history, it's 1400 square feet! Stuart continues the family background since both his parents were in academia and Stuart still enjoys the family farm that he was raised on and has been in his family since 1870. Prior to branching into education, Stuart was a TV News Anchor for 8 years with stints at KTRK- 13 ABC, WAAY-TV 31 (ABC affiliate) and KLSB. Stuart reported on the Oklahoma Bombing, the Waco siege, the Olympic Bombing in Atlanta and the death of singer, Selena. Stuart is booked as the keynote speaker at the 2016 "Student Broadcast Symposium" along with the expected publication of his course book on modern broadcast. Stuart looks forward to getting his masters and continuing to teaching the new generation
