Roberto Demidchuk has over 7 years of experience in his field. Prior to his CIP position, he was the supply chain Director, after a long term project the CIO resigned and was asked to become the CIO of the company. He developed and implemented overall information Systems Strategy that includes a digital transformation process and using available technologies to consistently improve client services, product quality, business performance and productivity, while reducing operational costs. Building a base IT platform integration for a complex industrial environment that allows data flow simplification and real time information, thereby reducing 28 legacies to one in-house development system. His responsibilities as a supply chain director consist of, Designing and implemented the Supply Chain management division at the company level, including operations in Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica and the USA. What exactly prompted Robert to get involved in this profession was wanted to make a difference in his field; Improving the customer experience transformation and innovation.
