Rita is the leader of the Norwegian audit activities. She is a partner and certified public accountant and has since she started at PwC in 1985 worked with companies in most sectors, with particular focus in recent years on the shipping, offshore, trade, services and telecommunications. Rita has extensive experience as an engagement partner for national and international companies listed on various stock exchanges (OSE, Nasdaq, New York and London). She has worked with several large and complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and IPOs. Rita also has experience in internal control projects and auditing of companies subject to SoX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act). She is one of the authors of "Consolidated Business Combinations IFRS and GRS
