Paolo has been in the marketing business for over 20 years. From working with Avon to now working with Jafra Cosmetics. At the moment he is developing the marketing strategy for the new nutritional products that Jafra Cosmetics is developing, and working on a new Compensation Plan structure. Paolo is best known for his client relations and is experience in the financial aspects of companies as well. He has a Master's in Commercial Economics from Bocconi University in 1993. He sees himself growing into a more senior position either at Jafra or another companies. Paolo credits his understanding of business as being the key to his success. His greatest accomplishment was reopening Jafra Cosmetics in Italy alone with the GM in 2004, and bringing in a few years the business to a higher profitability than the German subsidiary they were leaving. He is ready to take the next step in his career and believes that networking with the other members brings him new business opportunities.
