Mindy Meads is the Former CEO of Aeropostale & Lands’End. She knew early on that she wanted to be in apparel because of her love for art, math and clothing, so it was a natural fit. She credits her success to her ability to connect with people. She is also extremely passionate and driven. Mindy is currently on the board of Blue Nile, the advisory board at LIM, she is an active member of the Be Kind People Project (BKPP), and was formerly apart of the C200 CEO Organization for women. Every year Mindy speaks at the NRF on behalf of First Insight and she is the keynote speaker for LIM. Over the next 3-5 years Mindy hopes to continue to connect people. In addition to consulting she wants to create experiences and events for people. The highlight of Mindy's career is the reputation that she has for building and growing people. Identifying talent, developing it, and helping it grow. She is also extremely proud of the fact that she continues to keep learning.
