Professional Summary

For the past 21 years Leonardo has had a very successful career as an Educational leader. He has designed developed and implemented large scale governmental Educational programs he created a world renowned professional development program (IMMERSE) for pre-service and in-service teachers of English as a second/foreign language. The program appears in a 2013 British Council publication as a model for innovative practice in teacher education. Recently, Leonardo commenced his position as Academic Director at ISTP Euroidiomas which teaches languages. Some of his duties are to direct the strategic vision of the company along with supervising the academic development and training of staff. He speaks regularly at both national and International conferences on various aspects of Education Management. He has had over 20 articles including Book Chapters published in Book and magazine related industries. He speaks English, Spanish and some French. His vision for the future is to continue to be visible and very successful in his career and hold a prominent position in an International Educational Organization.
