Lai Fong is a graduate of University of NWS and has been in the IT industry for the past 18 years. She has a very nice work life balance where she spends a good portion of her time on the Church Leadership team working with various levels of members throughout her community members from the young, married and elderly; she helps coach and mentor those that are in need. She is part of the Half Time Community Group in the Asian region where they run the summit every year and this is a non-profit organization in the region at this time. Lai Fong is looking to continue continue to mentor others and help them succeed throughout their career paths and enjoys working with interns and guiding them. She is always looking for continued learning and growing her skill set.
