Karl Radune is a Mechanical Engineer with over 15+ years of “hands on” leadership experience with Engineering, Operations, and Production management in the renewable fuels, aerospace, and automotive industries. He is an aggressive results oriented executive manager with proven technical expertise, strong human relations, and communications skills. He has provided engineering management leadership for the effective execution of engineering programs to achieve schedule, scope and budget. Karl directed multi-national project teams consisting of engineers, robotics experts, PLC programmers, machine builders while coordinating with customer operations. He has managed over 70 custom equipment projects from $3000 to $3,000,000 in scope and installed in US, Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Karl oversees Project and Program Management responsibility for the design, fabrication, installation, and integration of semi and fully automated equipment for automotive power train assembly lines. He also directs all aspects of production facility including personnel, regulatory functions and financial review. Mark received his BS in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, Heat transfer, Fluid Mechanics, and Turbine Engine Design from the University of Washington, 1980, and his AS in Engineering transfer and Mechanical Engineering from Springfield Technical Community College, 1978. When not working he enjoys running and martial arts.
