Jeffrey is a Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Pharmaceutical Industry Group with over eight years of pharmaceutical industry and consulting experience, based out of the London office. He has managed and led numerous projects analyzing and improving the commercial operations of our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. These engagements have ranged from corporate compliance program development and benchmarking to compliance controls and monitoring assessments and reviews to compliance auditing projects to establishing operational excellence in our pharmaceutical and biotechnology client’s commercial operations. In addition, some of Jeffrey’s relevant project experience includes:- Conducting numerous compliance program assessments, benchmarking existing programs to industry leading practices, and developing strategic business plans to create, rebuild, and improve existing compliance programs;- Assuming lead roles on a number of entity level risk assessments, as part of enterprise risk management projects, for our pharmaceutical and medical device clients;- Assuming key roles in a number of significant legal and regulatory compliance reviews and investigations surrounding off-label sales and marketing promotional activities for both our large pharmaceutical clients as well as emerging biotechnology clients; and- Managing numerous sales and marketing compliance assessments related to the following: off-label promotion; dissemination of medical information; conventions; advisory boards; promotional speaker programs; consulting arrangements; gifts, meals, and entertainment; grants and charitable contributions; sales force compensation models; samples (PDMA), US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and disciplinary protocols.Prior to joining PwC, Jeffrey worked for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in product marketing, business development, and field sales where he developed expertise in the sales and product marketing of both biotechnology and small molecule compounds.
