Dr. James Napoli is an experienced and licensed Medical Doctor with over a decade of experience in the healthcare care industry. As Senior Medical Director for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dr. Napoli is very passionate about his profession. He has held several leadership roles throughout his career such as Credentials Chair, Quality Assurance Chair, Medicine Chair and Vice Chief of Staff at Arrowhead Hospital, and expanded his work in the medical management and quality improvement arenas through his work as a Medical Director for a Medicare Advantage IPA.
