Gregory Ball is Dean and Professor at University of Maryland, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, the largest and most academically challenging college within the university with over 6,000 undergraduate students and over 800 masters and doctoral students; the college is comprised of ten departments, seven centers, 5,000 undergraduate majors, 23,000 hours of courses offered, 190 Associate Deans and Professors, and a $100 million budget. He initially became interested in his profession as an Undergrad student at Columbia University while studying animal (non-human) intelligence and behavior. He is enjoys his career, is passionate about his research, and is grateful to be in a position where he is always studying and pursuing knowledge.
