Emmanuel Ramos is the Vice President of Pearl Crop, Inc. His day-to-day responsibilities include providing network resources in all industry types. The tree nut processing industry is rapidly moving to a more modern information based industry. The dynamics of being in manufacturing yet so close to farming is very rare in most industries when dealing with a limited commodity. Emmanuel previously worked as Vice President of Walnut Operations for Pearl Crop, Inc. He consulted an internal cross functional team in process mapping, process improvement, and defining part of a Enterprise Resource Management Implementation process. Emmanuel also participated as an internal team consultant for the selection of a new Enterprise Resource Management system that would take a multiple phase approach for implementation using a scrum/agile approach. Emmanuel received his B.S.E, from Arizona State University, and his Engineering Degree from the A. Fulton School of Industrial Engineering. Outside of work he is a member of the Associate for Manufacturing Excellence at the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
