David is a seasoned COO who started his career in 1986 as a Controller with Mayor’s Jewelers, Inc. He worked very hard for 16 years to achieve his CFO position at Mayor's Jewelers (aka) Jan Bell Marketing. Within those 16 years, David played integral role in the start-up, growth and evolution of Jan Bell Marketing from wholesale/distributor to leased department retailer under the name Mayor’s Jewelers. Progressed throughout tenure, holding accountability for finance, accounting, treasury, SEC reporting, IT functions and financial reorganizations. In 2007, David made an executive move to become COO of Richline Group, Inc. a Berkshire Hathaway, a worldwide, prime manufacturer with facilities in the US, Italy, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, South Africa and the Far East. As COO of Richline, David's responsible to resolve operational and financial issues resulting from acquisition that doubled jewelry manufacturing and distribution company size. Subsequently chosen to direct operations for newly formed Richline Group, following acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway with mandate to support aggressive acquisition strategy. David is in charge of IT, distribution, procurement, customer service and manufacturing. He leads a team of six vice presidents, directors and general managers who in turn, manage the performance of 1,500 associates, worldwide. David is looking to collaborate with other C-Level Executives. He looks forward to giving back and making a difference.
