He shows his staff how to use the machines in their plant in such a way that even the machines work more efficiently. Prior to his current employer, her worked 16 years at Merck Pharmaceutical. He was able to see how all the aspects of production and quality assurance effected each other. When Merck bought Schering Plough, he was offered his current position as part of the acquisition in Mexico. One of the accomplishments that he's most proud of is due to his restructuring of production methods, he and his team were able to more than double their sales in 1 year. They went from $500 K in sales to over $1 million dollars in 1 year. He knows what works, how to put it in place and how to gain the support of teams to come together to accomplish a common good. He is open to considering a more challenging positions in another company.
