Ada Di Marzo is a partner in Bain & Company's Paris office. She leads the firm's Financial Services practice in France. She has more than 15 years of management consulting experience, advising clients in the financial services, media, oil, industrial goods, telecommunications, tech and private equity industries. Ada has worked primarily in financial services, leading cases in France and throughout Europe. She has focused her work in retail bank restructuring and distribution optimization, front-office and back-office process re-engineering and post-merger integration. She has also addressed growth strategy, M&A, capital, liquidity and asset liability management within financial services. She joined Bain in 1999, starting in Rome, before moving to Milan and then to Paris in 2004. Prior to consulting, she worked for Telecom Italia Finance in financial markets department in Luxembourg and for San Paolo Imi – Banco Di Napoli in Italy in retail and asset management. Ada received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from L.U.I.S.S University in Rome, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from City University, in London. Outside of work he enjoys reading and traveling.
